Reservations are required for all Spa Treatments. Major
credit card numbers are required to hold all advance
appointments. For Spa Reservations Please Call (905)
468-0515. All treatments are subject to a 48-hour cancellation
policy or full charges apply. Please check-in at the
Spa Reception Desk 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
A locker, robe, slippers and towel will be provided.
Late arrivals will effect treatment duration. All guests
will be required to sign a waiver prior to any type
of treatment. Treatment Prices are subject to applicable
taxes and 15% service charge. All prices are in Canadian
Dollars. Treatment times are approximate in duration.
To ensure a healthy environment for all of our guests,
smoking is not permitted within the facility, including
the outdoor hot springs area. Children under 16 years
of age are not permitted within the lower level of the
spa facility or the upstairs whirlpool. Children under
12 years of age using the pool facilities must be accompanied
by an adult. Our facility is wheelchair accessible.
